Terms And Conditions:

Once you sign and acknowledge these terms and conditions, you are completely responsible for all items rented to you. If the item(s) is lost, stolen or damaged under any circumstances while rented, regardless of fault, you shall be responsible for all charges, including labor costs, to repair or replace the item(s).

Physical condition of rental item: You acknowledge that prior to taking the rental item(s), you examined it, and are aware of its condition and that it is in good condition except for any defects noted in this contract. It is your responsibility to return the rented item(s) to Gears and Grinds in the same condition, except for ordinary wear and tear.

Responsibility for use and disclaimer of warranties: You are responsible for the use of rented item(s). You assume all risk inherent in the operation and use of the item and agree to assume the entire responsibility for the defense of, and to pay, indemnify and hold Gears and Grinds harmless from, and hereby release Gears and Grinds from any and all claims for damage to property or bodily injury (including death) resulting from the use, operation or possession of the item(s), whether or not to be claimed or found that such damage or injury resulted in whole or in part from Gears and Grinds negligence, from the defective condition of the item(s) or from any cause.

If the bike is not returned at the specified time, additional charges will be made to the filed payment card. If the item(s) is not returned clean, a cleaning charge will be imposed. You are also responsible for all damage that you may cause to other people, their vehicle, their property, or their belongings during the rental period.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions on all sides of this agreement. I also agree to the damage waiver charges and take full responsibility for payment of damaged or lost item(s).
